The Dynamic Forms Module allows your administrator to create custom forms for collection of data from Website visitors or on pages accessible only to site members in QBsoft®.
Once data is collected, your administrator can view the form and analyze data, as well as export and import data to and from a Microsoft® Excel-compatible format.

- Administrator can easily create multiple custom forms on Website or site member-only pages.
- Each form can be accompanied by a printable version.
- Form data can be e-mailed to anyone.
- Form data can be stored in the QBsoft® database for archival or administrative processing.
- Forms can have as many fields as desired. Each field has options for customization, including default choices, size options, and additional HTML.
- Administrator can collect data from site members by creating forms and posting them on site member-only pages.
- Administrators can export data to Microsoft® Excel-compatible format, XML or HTML. HTML files can be e-mailed to group members or made available through your Website.
